  • Scenic colours yellow / food dye yellow

Method:

  1. Take a small amount of the scenic white and place on the tile as shown in picture 1. This amount will make three jars of Brandy sauce. Jar size 10mm in diameter by 16mm in height with lid. Adjust the amount of scenic white for the number and size of jars you use.

  1. Melt the scenic white. I melt mine in the microwave by putting the setting on cook for a couple of seconds. Constantly watch and turn off the microwave once the scenic water has melted. You can melt it in a shallow dish over a bowl of hot water if you prefer.
  2. Add a pin head of yellow colour and mix. Put the colour in a cake case or separate container first as it is very easy to add too much colour. Add more colour if you prefer a more yellow Brandy Sauce. Melt mixture again if need be.

  1. Decant into jar using toothpick and spatula.

  1. Allow to stand in a shallow dish of boiled water to disperse bubbles.
  2. Put lid on the jar and allow to set.

  1. Finish with labels and display all the jars as you please.
