I ship items within the UK as well as Worldwide

Shipping Rates For the UK

• UK under 100grams postage is £2.50 or Signed For £3.25
• UK over 100grams postage is £3.50 or Signed For £4.00

Shipping Rates Worldwide

• Under 100grams £2.95 or International Signed For £8.00
• Over 100grams £3.95 or International Signed For £9.00

The weight of the package is the weight which determines the cost of postage that includes the item and packaging.
 

Dispatch Time

All items will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment received.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Under; The Consumer Protection  [Distance selling] Regulations 2000;  you have 7 days commencing the day after you have received the goods to return items as listed below;

• If you have simply changed your mind or no longer want the item, please conatct Dollhouse Kitchen first.  Items need to be in the exact original/mint condition that they were first sent to you in.  Please use an appropriate safe postage method and the buyer will be responsible for this cost in full. Ensure you obtain proof and use a Recorded service.  A full refund or exchange may be offered.  Should items be returned to Dollhouse Kitchen  from you in a damaged/used/open or poor state then these costs will be deducted from any refund due.

• Damaged/Lost/Missing  goods, must be reported to Dollhouse Kitchen within 24 hours upon receipt of package. Please keep all original packageing for claims/enquiries. Please do not return items unless you have contacted Dollhouse Kitchen first. Dollhouse Kitchen is always happy to exchange/credit/refund on such items.

NOTE; If items are returned for any other reason than that of mentioned above, then Dollhouse Kitchen reserve the right to deduct any such costs involved prior to any refund being given.
 

• However, Section 13[1c] of the; Exception to the right of cancel; states; for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned  and therefore under this clause, return of this nature will not be accepted or refunded.
